सर्वे कालस्य वशगा :

The process is based on the system of unit measurement which are actually the rhythmic vibraction of  time .

So  on this basis  we say that TIME IS THE PRIMAL FORCE : TIME IS THE ROOT OF EVERY CULTURE THAT PREVAIL ON EARTH.
